Support in communication with foreign customers (we communicate in English, Polish and German) exclusively in the scope of integration and assistance in solving possible technical problems related to the integration. Megamo is obliged to provide the service after the contact has been transferred to the IT department of the wholesaler and the answer has been provided in a specially prepared questionnaire.

We recommend wholesalers who meet the following criteria in terms of technology and integration:
- Direct contact with the IT department of the wholesaler
- Correct and complete xml file including name, description, picture, price, sizes and color variants
- At least 4 stock updates per day.

VIP package enables purchasing Edrone licenses at prices that include discounts offered to Megamo clients:
- Free consultation/training based on the client’s store and related to areas such as: marketing automation, customer intelligence, newsletter, PUSH, Pop’Up, weblayers, chat, onsite recommendations and more.
- 0% discount on the system license for the first 2 months, in case of a contract for an indefinite period with one month’s notice.
- 15% discount on the system license for 12 months, in case of a contract for 12 months.
- 50% discount on premium functionalities (Social ADS, Marketing Machine, RFM analytics) for the first 3 months.
